This brilliant use of juices produced on each Champagne press on top of the Champagne appelation is preserved by adding neutral Champagne alcohol. Aged and rested a minimum of 4 years, which brings wonderful fruity aromas.
Ideal served chilled as a Champagne chaser or shot, neat with ice, long with giner ale, a cocktail mixer or an apéritif.
Drink with melon, cheese, chocolate desserts. Fantastic to add to a reduced sauce for game, duck and most meats.
